Through the large iron gates and down the long tree lined driveway to this exclusive private estate...

A 15-minute scenic drive from Tauranga’s CBD, Eagle Ridge Country Estate sits on 25 acres of secluded country land, perched on the hillside of Ohauiti. The Homestead is a unique venue that boasts signature breathtaking panoramic views across the city and port to beyond the iconic Mount Maunganui and surrounding ocean waters and islands. A truly world-class experience.

Through the large iron gates and down the long tree lined driveway to this exclusive private estate, guests are immediately exported to a magical place where they can admire the awe-inspiring views before arriving at the purpose-built 493 sqm secure and luxury private events centre, The Highland Room. The spacious venue, which hosts up to 250 guests, features Tasmanian Oak timber floors, chapel ceilings with rustic macrocapa beams, full licenced bar, eight-speaker sound system and is adorned by one of our three grand signature fireplaces.

A picturesque walkway from The Highland Room leads down to the rustic, American-inspired, four bedrooms, 579 sqm country Lodge, The Homestead, wrapped by decks and paved patios. On entering The Homestead, guests are immediately greeted by a large sweeping solid rimu staircase separating two formal lounges. The front lounge, which can accommodate functions for up to 50 people, features a large brick open fireplace and grand old piano imported from New York next to a dining area, an impressive fully equipped kitchen, complete with butler’s pantry, and an antique snooker table. Upstairs the master bedroom, 'the Hokioi Suite and ensuite' both take pride and place with awe-inspiring rural and ocean vistas across Tauranga to Mount Maunganui, the Bay of Plenty and surrounding countyside.  A large landing area is the perfect location to relax before your event and is large enough for a bridal party to all have hair and make-up preparations. Two additional bedrooms, the Moa & Haast Suites, both with en-suites and views to the Kaimai's and neighbouring deer park feature across from the landing.
